The team of PART.BG Ltd. consists of extremely skilled professionals with international experience in different fields for more than 13 years: administration and maintenance; food and beverage management; on-site resort operations; hotel management; advertising; sales and marketing. We were previously the key figures who established, managed and developed two of the Bulgarian most famous Black sea aparthotels – “Obzor Beach Resort” (523 apartments) in the town of Obzor and “Byala Beach Resort” (125 apartments) in the town of Byala. Due to our qualified management, “Obzor Beach Resort” was given the annual award “Best aparthotel in Bulgaria” for 2007 and reached a total of 138 590 bednights for the summer season in 2008. Moreover, during the summer season in 2009, despite the economic crisis, we succeeded in achieving a total of 112 420 bednights. Meanwhile, after its official opening, for 3 months of operation during the summer season in 2008, we reached in “Byala Beach Resort” a total of 22 215 bednights, and for the summer season 2009 – a total of 31 311 bednights. What this equates to is that we understand our business and your views and goals as an investment property owner.
